This diagram shows the result of the past experience of online shopping. From the results, we can see that half of the respondents received used and low quality products. Can you imagine when you purchased a brand new product but you received the used one. However, this is out of the topic.

Besides used and low quality products, 16% of the respondents experienced over size problem. For example, a shirt or a pair of shoes. I know, this situation is very annoying where you bought something but not fulfilling your needs.

Then, 17% of the respondents do received a damage or spoilt product. This may due to the delivering process or the the manufacture side. What will you do if you purchased an expensive product but it was damaged when you received it? Will you report to the seller or just keep quiet?

Aanother 17% falls to "items do not arrive on time". Sometimes, the seller will mention that products will be on your door step within one week or one month. However, after a period of time, the product still has not reach your place. For beginners, do not be too worry because nowadays the system and quality control are quite good. Lastly, no one selects the answer of "Bad Customer Service" and "Others".

In conclusion, purchase items from the sites that can be trusted, such as a site that your friends introduced. Moreover, do response the problem that you met to the seller. Even though the seller may not reply but still, voice out is better than keeping it.

For example, if you are interested in two e-shops that you have searched, you can compare their products as in their prices and features to make the best purchase decision with low effort. Imagine that you don't need to walk through all the shops in shopping mall to compare the products, but only sit at home with few clicks of mouse, isn't it sounds good? In addition, online shoppers able to search for their favourite categories of products easily due to the online merchants have categorized specifically in website for visitors, instead of lost in the shopping mall and confuse about which shops provide you exactly items you want.

Consumers' reviews plays an important role as references for online shoppers. Online shoppers able to read other consumer's reviews and experiences regarding product or retailer, and make judgement before making purchase decision. It assists online shoppers to think twice and make wise decision. Talking about the shopping mall, there has limited sources for you to refer on before purchasing except the sales person and your shopping partner. But how much you can guarantee that their comments and suggestions are reliable enough? Probably the sales person use to persuade you to purchase their products simply due to they want to hit sales! Your shopping partner probably don't have the experience towards the product, hence their comments are not accurate! In short, their comments are not that reliable and sufficient. There are uncountable consumers from the global to share experiences on millions of products and services online everyday through forum, website, blog, or consumer reviews application, hence I believe that online shoppers more or less would able to obtain credible sources and make wise decision!

Regarding the answer of more diverse choices didn't vote by any respondents, I think most of them haven fully explore how amazing was the trend of online shopping. Online shopping provides you various choices of product to achieve your maximum satisfaction. This may due to the reason of online merchants choose their products from many different inventory, shopkeeper, distributor and manufacturer. Besides that, most of the e-shops are not only confined to local shoppers, but global. Hence, wide variety of products are provided to satisfy different kind of online shoppers. Online shoppers obtain the enjoyment of wide variety of their favourite products through this beneficial advantage.

Among all the good characteristics, the main advantage is you can be more comfortable when you shop online. You can lie down on your sofa and search for a product. No need to think for the dress code and walk in the shopping mall for the whole day.
