According to the poll analysis last week, "What Helps You Decide Which Site to Use for Online Shopping?", there are 5 answers given to the respondents which is "same site I buy regularly", "search engine", "personal recommendation", "online advertising" and "same store buy from offline". There are 40% of respondents choose "Same Site I Buy Regularly" while 60% of respondents choose "Personal Recommendation". The rest of the answers are not chosen by the respondents.

2 respondents choose "Same Site I Buy Regularly" because they have confidence. They will be come more confident on the websites they usually visit and make purchase. They feel secure on the terms and conditions of the sites they usually shop. They are familiar with the ordering and payment method of the sites they shop.

There are 3 respondents choose "Personal Recommendation" mainly because they recommended by friends and others. They will be more confident and think positively on the websites that recommended by their friends and family. Recommendations from the people who close with are more secure.

The "search engine", "online advertising" and "same store buy from offline" are not chosen by the respondents. Consumer will think that they are unsafe and they are not familiar with these websites will make them in trouble. They will not try something that they are not familiar with.

For your information, the name of this bookstore called the Book Stacks Unlimited. It started with the original idea to offer every book ever published to everyone in an easily accessible way begins in year 1992. But, eventually it failed. This provides a good opportunity for other companies to share this wonderful concept.

The release of the first online bookstore did not sweep the globe. Instead, there was a leader quietly led to this trend. Have a guess, who is the leader? At that time, there was only a computer which was in his living room and whole stacks of programming code in his mind to be with him. Three years later, eBay was launched in the market. And this founder, Pierre Omidyar San Jose then, as we think, has become a billionaire!

Until now, there are countless online shopping websites and the items to be sold are more than what we can imagine. To classify them, there would be including beauty, perfume, books, clothes, shoes, jewelry, toys, music, electronics, and so on.
