Week 5 Poll Analysis- What Helps You Decide Which Site to Use for Online Shopping?

According to the poll analysis last week, "What Helps You Decide Which Site to Use for Online Shopping?", there are 5 answers given to the respondents which is "same site I buy regularly", "search engine", "personal recommendation", "online advertising" and "same store buy from offline". There are 40% of respondents choose "Same Site I Buy Regularly" while 60% of respondents choose "Personal Recommendation". The rest of the answers are not chosen by the respondents.

2 respondents choose "Same Site I Buy Regularly" because they have confidence. They will be come more confident on the websites they usually visit and make purchase. They feel secure on the terms and conditions of the sites they usually shop. They are familiar with the ordering and payment method of the sites they shop.

There are 3 respondents choose "Personal Recommendation" mainly because they recommended by friends and others. They will be more confident and think positively on the websites that recommended by their friends and family. Recommendations from the people who close with are more secure.
The "search engine", "online advertising" and "same store buy from offline" are not chosen by the respondents. Consumer will think that they are unsafe and they are not familiar with these websites will make them in trouble. They will not try something that they are not familiar with.
